John has been the primary consultant for several years for clients such as Gentex (personal protection & situational awareness solutions) and General Dynamics (defense contractor) where he provided project support, consulting, training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma.  He conducted Value Stream Assessments at all key sites and worked with leadership to discover areas for improvement and assignment of belt projects.  At one advanced security systems client, John recently supported a team of engineers with advanced statistical analysis in solving a product quality crisis.  $Millions have been saved through application of Lean & Six Sigma skills.
